Return Policy

You recognize that these terms of returns and exchange are applicable to any direct sale made by us to you, and that these terms of return and exchange are not applicable in the case of a sale made by a third party and invoices which shall be governed by the terms of such a sale.

For this purpose, it is necessary that the merchandise is returned within 2 days from its delivery. The item(s) must not be worn, washed or used, they must remain undamaged by you.  Customers who have made a single item purchase valuing more than 5000 INR will have the option to opt for a refund through a bank transaction, exchange or store credits. The  purchases made below 5000 INRwould be refunded in the form of store credits or exchange only.  Refunds will be provided only when they meet our terms and conditions.Goods are only viable for return if they are sent back in the original packaging. Since we keep limited inventory it is likely that we may not always have all sizes available, in which case the amount paid by you can be used to make a purchase in the future. All conditions applicable to return of goods are also pertinent to exchange of goods.  To return an item, the customer need simply write to us at, we assure a prompt response. Alternatively, the customers can even call at our customer care number (9308909090) which will be reachable from 10am-6pm IST on 5 DAYS (Monday to Friday)

If you are not satisfied with the product received by you for any purpose, you may have the option, at our sole discretion, to receive a refund or warrant an exchange. Any damages caused to the product during transit will not be accounted for by us.

Our terms and conditions pertaining to returns and exchange are subjected to the following conditions:

(a) Items must be returned unused and with all original tags still attached. Items that are damaged or stained may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform our customer care department in-case any products are delivered without their tags.

(b) Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

(c) It is a must that all shoes be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.

(d) Where supplied, belts and any designer packaging such as dust bags, leather tags and authenticity cards, should be included with the return.


(e)Goods are considered as defective if they are damaged when returned. Items that are damaged because of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

(f) If you wish to exchange a faulty item instead of opting for a refund, please know that we can only replace it for the exact same product and in the exact same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we shall offer to repair the fault in the item.

(g)We have made every effort to display the colours of our products available on our site as accurate as possible. However, as computer screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be an accurate resemblance of its original counterpart.

(h) All custom-made orders are non-returnable.


Furthermore, If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative one, we suggest that you return it for a credit and purchase the new item separately.
